Magic Clovers by 3 Oaks Gaming takes a fairly classic fruit machine setup and mixes it with a colourful Irish clover theme and a much more feature focused Bonus Game underneath. At first glance, the reels look very simple like other slot games with traditional fruit symbols, BAR icons, bells, and lucky sevens spread across a compact 5x3 layout. Once the special clover symbols begin appearing though, the whole game starts revolving around collecting values, activating modifiers, and filling the reels during the Bonus Game. 

The reels spin quickly, the line structure stays simple, and most of the anticipation comes from waiting for the special clover symbols to trigger the Hold and Win style Bonus Game. The Collect, Boost, and Multi mechanics also give the feature round much more activity than the small reel setup first suggests. 

Magic Clovers uses an Irish inspired theme filled with green colours, gold coins, lucky clovers, and soft forest lighting in the background.  

The symbols themselves follow a very traditional fruit machine style. Lemons, cherries, grapes, oranges, plums, bells, BAR symbols, and lucky sevens all appear throughout the base game. The fruits use bright saturated colours that stand out clearly against the dark green reel background. 

The red Boost clover pot, blue Collect, and green Multi clover pot all glow heavily once they land during the Bonus Game, and the animations surrounding the jackpots and feature triggers are smooth without becoming distracting.

The Wild symbol substitutes for all regular symbols except Bonus, Boost, Collect, and Multi symbols. Wilds only appear during the main game. Bonus symbols contain values between 1x and 8x the total bet and are used to trigger the Bonus Game. 

Bonus Game 

Landing 6 Bonus symbols or special symbol combinations triggers the Bonus Game. The feature begins with 3 respins, and every new Bonus symbol that lands resets the respin counter back to 3. The round continues until the respins run out or the entire reel area becomes completely filled with symbols. 

Boost Feature 

The red Boost clover symbol appears during the Bonus Game and increases the values attached to other Bonus symbols on the reels. The added values can range between 2x and 8x depending on the randomly selected modifier. 

Collect Feature 

The blue Collect clover activates the Collect feature during the Bonus Game. Once it lands, the symbol gathers all currently visible values from the other Bonus symbols on the board and combines them into a single payout. 

Multi Feature 

The green Multi clover activates the multiplier feature. Instead of adding extra values directly, the symbol multiplies the values of all Bonus symbols currently visible on the reels. Multipliers can range from 2x up to 5x. 

Mystery Clover 

The rainbow coloured Mystery clover appears during the Bonus Game and can randomly transform into a Boost, Collect, Multi, Mini, Minor, or Major symbol. 

Jackpot Features 

Four jackpot rewards are available during the Bonus Game. The Mini jackpot awards 10x the total bet, the Minor awards 20x, the Major awards 100x, and the Grand jackpot awards 2000x the total bet after collecting 15 symbols during the feature round.

Magic Clovers uses a compact 5x3 reel layout with 5 fixed paylines and traditional left to right payouts. Winning combinations need to land across adjacent reels starting from the leftmost side. The structure itself is very simple, which helps the Bonus Game stand out much more once it appears. 

Most regular spins move fairly quickly because the base game mainly acts as a setup for the Hold and Win mechanics. Smaller fruit wins land often enough to keep the reels active, but the real focus stays on collecting Bonus symbols and activating the special clover modifiers during the feature round.

We think Magic Clovers works best because it never tries to overcomplicate the gameplay. The base game stays very traditional the entire time, while the Bonus Game carries most of the excitement once the feature finally starts building properly. 

The Collect and multiplier mechanics are definitely the strongest part of the slot because they can suddenly change the value of the entire board during a single respin. Watching the symbols grow through the Boost feature before a Collect symbol lands gives the Bonus Game much more momentum than a standard Hold and Win setup. 

Visually, the game also keeps a nice balance between classic fruit machine styling and modern jackpot mechanics. The glowing clovers, gold coins, and bright reel effects fit naturally together without making the screen feel overloaded. 

Overall, Magic Clovers feels like a fairly simple slot on the surface, but the feature round underneath gives it much more personality once the clover mechanics begin interacting with each other properly.
